Palustris, a Wildflower Fields painting by Arne Quinze

Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium

Palustris, a Wildflower Fields painting

When Arne Quinze discovered the Impressionists such as Claude Monet, Édouard Manet & Camille Pissarro a whole new world opened up to him. Their work taught him that anything is possible in your mind and that, as an artist, you can transform your unbridled imagination into a body of work. How they were able to captivate the light and use pointillism to capture a feeling is something that very strongly inspires Arne Quinze.
